Tommy Bahama HQ (Seattle)

The clothing and lifestyle crafters, Tommy Bahama, sought a headquarters that captures their essence, process, and inspiration. Utilizing the brand’s foundation of combining island life aesthetic and handsome modern, the office design is centered on a natural material palette, detailed with rich textures of woven fabric, stone, and steel. Functioning as both a creative and corporate headquarters, the environment carefully pivots at key moments, while maintaining cohesion across its 120,000 square feet through adherence to the brand’s identity and palette. A 1,000 square foot café on the main level opens up to a 1,500 square foot roof deck with a view of South Lake Union and downtown Seattle, perfect for accommodating employees and clients.

My role in this project included front gate design, lobby & reception design assist, general design assist, Construction Document assistance, and Construction administration assistance.

This is an SkB Architects project.
